Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Solo Wayfinder by J.Lac.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, unless the item is listed as non-returnable below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition in which you received it
  • Unworn and unused
  • With original tags, if applicable
  • In its original packaging

You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. 

To request a return, contact us at info@jlac-beautyskincare.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt and tracking information. Solo Wayfinder by J.Lac is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. 

Email info@jlac-beautyskincare.com with your order number and photos showing the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right. If the return is due to our error or an item that arrived damaged or defective, you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost when a return is required.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, certain products cannot be returned.

Non-returnable items may include:

  • Personal-care or beauty products that have been opened or used
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Final-sale items
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Other products specifically identified as non-returnable on the product page

Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a particular product is eligible for return.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Solo Wayfinder by J.Lac reserves the right, where permitted by applicable law, to limit or refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements, including:

  • Items returned in used, worn, altered, washed, or damaged condition
  • Returns sent without prior authorization
  • Items with missing parts, accessories, packaging, or tags
  • Returns showing evidence of misuse or improper care
  • Irregular or excessive return activity that may indicate abuse or fraud
  • Bulk purchases involving multiple sizes, colors, or variations of the same product when return activity indicates misuse of the return policy

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Return Shipping

Please follow the return instructions provided after your return request has been approved.

We are not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit when the customer is responsible for arranging return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been completed.

If an item is being returned because it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before shipping it back so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable EU consumer law and statutory exceptions.

To exercise this right, contact info@jlac-beautyskincare.com within the applicable withdrawal period. Unless otherwise required by law or the return results from an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Certain exceptions may apply, including personalized products and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Where applicable EU consumer law provides rights that differ from this policy, those statutory rights will apply.
