The Phoenix Rescue Mission provides Christ-centered, life-transforming solutions to persons facing hunger and homelessness. 76 cents of every dollar given goes directly to programs and services.
The Phoenix Rescue Mission is a place of hope, healing, and new beginnings for men, women, and children in our community struggling with homelessness, addiction, and trauma.  Love, hope and transformation to every neighbor in the Valley. 

The Joy of Giving: Volunteer Opportunities

We have many great opportunities to help feed families hungry in both body and spirit; to bring joy to children in the form of simple gifts, and to bring basic necessities for hygiene that are desperately needed by many living on the street.

  • Hope Coach Ride Along: Ride on the Hope Coach to experience the true heart of Phoenix Rescue Mission! You will be visiting and serving people in various homeless camps and locations around Phoenix.

Companion Animal Program (CAP) was created to provide much needed veterinary care, food and supplies to the companion animals of those experiencing homeless.

For many without housing or shelter, animals provide the safety, love, and comfort that is so hard to come by when a family or support system has been lost. St Vincent de Paul intends to create a community where all can experience belonging, and no one is abandoned – for some people experiencing homelessness, a pet may be their only family and sense of stability.

CAP strives to keep pet owners SAFE, TOGETHER, and SHELTERED with their pets, by providing services that are not available or very difficult to find in our community.

 

At JustServe, we believe that nothing should get in the way of organizations and volunteers coming together to do good things for the community, so we help make this happen for free.
